PC/ABS Covestro Bayblend® FR3000 is a halogen‑free flame‑retardant, high‑flow alloy material. It combines the mechanical strength, heat resistance and UV‑resistance of polycarbonate (PC), as well as excellent processing flowability of ABS resin.
Main Applications
Electrical‑Electronic: housings and internal components for notebooks, desktops, copiers, printers and other business equipment; electrical appliances, lawn‑and‑garden machinery.
Automotive Industry: automotive interior parts such as instrument panels, pillar trims, instrument cowls, grilles and other interior‑exterior components.
Telecommunications: mobile‑phone housings & accessories, smart cards (SIM cards).
Home Appliances: internal and external parts for washing machines, hair dryers, microwave ovens.
